Texas Children Need Your Help!

Texas Children Need Your Help!

Welcome to Trinity  Kids!

Trinity Kids touches the lifes of abused, neglected and abandoned children of North Central Texas by providing FREE activities that are designed to provide fun, safe and positive memories.

Every summer, children ages 7-11 attend a week-long residence (over night) camp for FREE and several times each year teenagers enjoy FREE one & two day events with caring adults. Local social service organizations and their appointed foster families refer children to Trinity Kids for each event.

Our volunteers demonstrate Christian love and care, modeling non-violent, positive ways of life as an alternative to the negative and hurtful experiences of abused children. We have included lots of information about our programs and child abuse in general in this website. Please feel free to peruse the site.

Thank you for stopping by.

Informational Meeting Update...
Minimize

Wow, what a great turn out. On April 5th, Fielder Road Baptist Church graciously allowed us to host a free luncheon and informational meeting to kick-off the RFKC camp cycle. We had to set up an additional table, the room was full. We were Blessed, again.

Kilometers 4 Kids Update...
Minimize

A cool start but a strong finish. 2 Laps around the park and you're done. The cool weather made this walk very enjoyable even for someone that "needs" the exercise. About a dozen walkers joined us at Veterans' Park in Arlington (if you haven't seen the new memorial you should check it out) for the Third Annual event. This year the walkers raised enough money to provide 14 scholarships for the Royal Family Kids' Camp.

ConnecTeen Update...
Minimize

Some say Dallas is a zoo while others say it is a jungle. Mix them together and you get the Dallas World Aquarium. On April 25, twenty-one ConnecTeen-agers joined us for the day at the DWA, CiCi's pizza and a sweet dessert at the new Braum's in Pantego. Lunch time with the sharks was cool! Check out the pictures on the ConnecTeen page.

Mike & Alice Speakout
Minimize

On Sunday, May 2, Mike and Alice travelled to Old Towne Burleson, TX to speak at Christ Journey Church. Thanks to Ryan and Jill Kimball for setting up this engagement and thanks to Chris & Bret for allowing us to share our hearts with their congregation. www.ChristJourneyLife.com

Mike and Alice will meet with and speak to North Texas churches, Bible Study groups, home groups and community organizations as their calendar permits. If you want a guest speaker, an information booth or just an informal discussion feel free to contact them to get on their calendar.
