What is the Heart & Soul Charity Auction?

The Heart & Soul Charity Auction is an event designed to raise awareness for abused children while raising money for Trinity Kids.  This annual fundraising event includes both silent- and live-auction formats where attendees can find a variety of items donated by individuals and businesses around the DFW metroplex.

The event includes a silent-auction (80+ items), a live-auction (10+ items) managed by professional auctioneer, Shawn Hardin, and a light dinner.

The auction is held at the Bob Duncan Community Center at Vandergriff Park in Arlington, TX on the Saturday before the NFL Super Bowl.  Tickets to the Heart & Soul Charity Auction are only $15 per person and may be purchased at our event website: www.HeartAndSoul4Kids.org.

How can I help?

Strong participation is critical and necessary to any successful fundraising event. The Heart & Soul Charity Auction fundraiser provides several opportunities to support Trinity Kids.

The first way to support us is by purchasing a ticket to attend our event for only $15, and then bidding on a number of silent- and live-auction items on the evening of the auction.  In addition, there are four additional levels of support that can be provided by purchasing one of the Donation Items shown below on the night of the auction or through our Heart & Soul website.

The second way to support us is by donating items to the auction or meeting with local businesses to solicit items for the auction.  The Donation Request Form is provided as a PDF download in the Resources list on the right side of this page.

If you have additional questions regarding the auction, please email the Auction Coordinator for further assistance.
